Obituary

Michael Joseph Korth, age 70, passed away Saturday, April 09, 2022 at his residence. Born September 30, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Robert and Ann (nee Monte) Korth, he grew up known as "The Milford/St. Rocco's Legend" and went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Michael was a former member of The American Legion - Theodore Roosevelt Post 469, The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Andover, Ohio, Ashtabula, county and in his spare time, enjoyed spending it with his loving wife of 28 years, camping and riding their motorcycles. He is survived by his wife, Annette (nee Shankle); children, April Korth, Anne (Chris) Ross, Michelle (Leonard) Dolly and sister, Ann Korth; grandchildren, Katie, Corey and Kelly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jim (Laurel) and Tom (Stephanie) Korth.  There will be no formal funeral service, but the family invites all friends and relatives to join them in a Celebration of Michael's life on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 3 PM to 6 PM at 3655 Bosworth Rd., Cleveland, OH 44111.
