Mark Allan Kemper, age 61, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, May 01, 2020. He is survived by half-brother, Harold (Gay) DeHoff, of Rayse City, Texas. Preceding him in death were parents , Alfred and Eleanor (nee Faughner) Kemper; brothers, Fred and Donald Dehoff. Private family services. Interment, Brooklyn Height Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio.
