Joyce E. (Taylor) Burgett

Joyce Elaine Burgett, age 73, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2019 at Fairview Hospital surrounded by family. She was born August 21, 1946 in Morgantown West Virginia to the late Joseph and Mildred Taylor. Loving wife of Randy L. Burgett; cherished mother of Joseph (Denise) Giddens, Brian (Lisa) Giddens, Jodi and Ricky Burgett; grandmother of Autumn, Amanda and Amber; great-grandmother of Emanuel, Alexander, Emmalyn and Angelo. She is also survived by her brothers Roger, David and Chuck Taylor and sister, Myra Russell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Luther “Corky” Giddens; brothers, William and Richard Taylor; and sisters, Dorothy Vekas, Patricia Moore and Betty Garrett. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 3 to 5 PM at the GREGORY P. GODORHAZY FUNERAL HOME, 4801 Memphis Ave., Cleveland. A short Prayer Service will conclude the visitation.
