George D. Valla

George D. Valla, age 72, passed away suddenly October 4, 2019. Son of the late George J. and Mary (nee Ferrito), he was the loving partner of Vivian Roman since 1978. Brother of Patricia Gregory (Frederick, deceased), uncle of James Gregory (Debbie S.), Karen Zak and Michelle (Dale), great uncle and great-great uncle. George worked as a hard manual laborer but may best be remembered for being the talented drummer for the all occasion band “The Naturals”, who also played on “The Gene Carol Show”. Friends received Friday, October 18, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the GREGORY P. GODORHAZY FUNERAL HOME, 4801 Memphis Ave., Cleveland. Private family service to follow at 1:30 PM in the mausoleum chapel of the Brooklyn Hts. Cemetery, 4700 Broadview Rd., Cleveland, OH 44109.
