Dennis Wayne Hart

Dennis Wayne Hart, age 60, passed away April 27, 2021 at Metro Hospital, Cleveland. He is survived by his loving mother, Helen (nee Morris) Fordyce; children, Michael, Amanda, Olivia and Branden Hart; grandchildren, Jackson, Marley, Evelyn  and Coltyn; siblings, Philip and Sherrie Hart, Robert Fordyce Jr. Preceding him in death was his father, Kenneth Hart. Dennis was a member of  PLAV Pulaski Post 30. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 2, 2021, at the GREGORY P. GODORHAZY FUNERAL HOME, 4801 Memphis Ave., Cleveland, OH 44144, from 3:00 PM until time of closing prayers at 7:00 PM.  Inurnment, West Park Cemetery, Cleveland, OH at a later date.
