Daniel Allen Whipkey passed away unexpectedly April 8, 2018. Beloved husband, of 18 years, to Caryn. Loving father of Matthew and Sydney. Dear brother to Jack (Miranda) Whipkey, Jennifer (Brian) Jones and Rebecca Whipkey. Cherished son of Donna and the late John Whipkey. Dearest grandson of Ethel Whipkey. Son-in-law of Gayle Carrothers. Mr. Whipkey was a graduate of The Ohio State University and was with the City of Stow Fire Department for 10 years. He also worked part time at the Winking Lizard Tavern. Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 4 to 8 p.m. at SLONE & CO. FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 13115 Lorain Ave., Cleveland.
