Preceded in death by parents, Chester A. and Emily (nee Super) Guzik and sister, Debbie Guzik; survived by son, Joshua Guzik (Cassidy) and grandson, Joshua Jr. of Mentor, Ohio.  Memorial Mass, 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 7, 2019, St. Wendelin Catholic Church, 2281 Columbus Rd., Cleveland, OH 44113, where friends will be received 1 hour prior to service.
