Yolanda Tvorik (nee Castellano), age 95, passed away October 30, 2017 in Valdosta, Georgia. Formerly of Cleveland, she was preceded in death by her husband Stephen C. Tvorik. Survivors include son, Stephen (Kathryn); daughter, Sandra Graham; grandchildren, Elyse, Bill and Dustin; great grandchildren, Stephen, Joshua and Victoria. Entombment Brooklyn Hts. Cemetery.
