SOPHIE BUDZINSKY Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Sophie Budzinsky passed away peacefully at the age of 99 on May 21, 2020. Mom is predeceased in death by her parents, late husband's Friedrich Schrank and Alex Budzinsky, her siblings, and grandson. Loving Mother to Paul (Irene), Wilhelm, Lydia (Kenneth), Alex (deceased), and Irene (Mario). A loving Grandmother to Christine, Kenneth (deceased), Kathryn, Stacy, Marc, Melanie, Reno, Laura, Natalie, and Andrea. She was a great grandmother to twenty-seven great grandchildren, and aunt to many. A devoted Lutheran, she led by example starting and ending her days with prayer. There was never a job too large or too small that she would not tackle. Visits with Sophie were special whether working on puzzles or just listening to her life stories. A year would not go by without her famous booties at Christmas or your favorite desert on your birthday. Mom was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. We will miss her every day.
