ALLEN AUGUST POLEVACIK, Age 70, passed away December 14, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Janet Whipkey Polevacik; cherished father of Michael (Carissa), Mary (Chris), Emily (Steven) and Kathryn. Devoted son of the late August and Stephanie Polevacik. Loving son-in-law of Ethel Whipkey. Dear brother of Jeffery (Suzanne) and Donald (Elena). Beloved grandfather to Ava and step-grandfather to Michael and Christina. Dear cousin, especially to Russel Janas. Cherished uncle, God-father and friend to many. Allen was a proud Vietnam veteran. The family will receive friends on Tuesday December 19th at St. John Cantius, 906 College Ave, Cleveland OH 44113, from 9:30 am until time of Mass at 11 am.
